What does the SLA cover?

Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) guarantees a response and initiation of a fix within 4 hours during business hours. This covers server downtime, payment gateway failures, broken critical flows, and urgent AI agent misconfigurations.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Absolutely. You can move between Care, Growth, and Scale plans at the start of any billing month based on your brand’s current needs and the number of active AI agents you require.

Do you host my store?

If you are on WooCommerce, yes. We manage your VPS hosting on Hostinger or OVH, handle security updates, Redis caching, and automated backups as part of your retainer. If you are on Shopify, we manage your Shopify theme and automation infrastructure instead.
