What's the minimum commitment?
For managed plans one month. We don't lock you into contracts. The reason brands stay is because the service works, not because they're stuck. One-time builds are a single project with no ongoing obligation unless you choose to add one.
How are you different from a freelancer?
A freelancer finishes the project and moves on. We stay on. The managed retainer means Kraftrs is responsible for uptime, automation health, performance, and agent behaviour ongoing, not just at launch. And because we're AI-native, we deliver work a freelancer would need a team to match.
What if I'm already on an agency contract?
We can work in parallel, or take over incrementally as you exit. We've handled dozens of handovers from agencies that built without documenting. Give us access and we'll do a full audit first no charge before recommending next steps.
Can you handle high-volume sale days?
Yes. We pre-scale infrastructure and review load patterns before major sale events. Our SLA means we're monitoring and on-call during the peak, not just the day before.
What does "AI agent" actually mean here?
Not a simple chatbot that reads from a script. Our agents connect directly to Shiprocket, Razorpay, and your store's product catalogue so when a customer asks about their order, the agent fetches the live status, not a generic reply. It acts, rather than just responds.
Is my store data safe?
We're India DPDP Act compliant. We access only what's needed and maintain access logs. Read-access credentials for fulfilment APIs are never shared externally. All automation flows run on your own infrastructure or private N8N instances not shared SaaS pipelines.
How fast can you start?
For new projects: a brief call this week, build starting within 5 business days. For emergencies (store down, agent broken, major issue): same-day triage. Speed is the reason most founders come to us agencies take weeks to even scope a project.
What do you not do?
